How "The Gregg Pilcher Family Real Estate Team" Originated:
Gregg Pilcher first started coming to Big Bear in 1968, after his family purchased a second home. When he retired as a National Sales Manager for the Stanley Corporation, Gregg decided to sell his house in the Rancho Cucamonga area and make the mountains his permanent home. Gregg wanted to help others find ways to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle he had found in the Valley.
Gregg’s professional background in sales and marketing encouraged him to thoroughly research the area. He found that Southern California contains 60% of the state’s population, and the Inland Empire is currently one of the fastest growing areas in the entire country. Because Big Bear is just a short drive away from this rapid growth, it has become the perfect local mountain getaway. New tax laws, recent negative trends in the stock market, and the lowest interest rates in years have all made real estate an attractive form of investing.
It is now through his personal dream, Big Bear Mountain Properties, that Gregg continues to help others realize their personal dreams of owning mountain properly. “This is not just another Real Estate company,” shares Gregg. It is one with his special mixture of success. “I wanted a family business,” Gregg continues, “one that understands the needs of families.” With his daughters, Apryl and Jennifer, working by his side as real estate agents, Gregg’s plan is in place. “I have two very talented daughters,” says Gregg. Without assistance with follow-ups, there is no way a Realtor can make it on his or her own.” Gregg and his daughters work together as one team.
